We allow refunds in genuine cases. However, in case if a wrong or a defective product has been delivered, do let us know at the earliest. You can write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at +91 8588899955 (7:00 AM to 10:00 pm, Monday-Sunday). Our representative will contact you and may ask for some details about the product delivered or defaults therein. We expect your co-operation and support in completing the process and that will allow us to resolve your complaint expediently.
In genuine cases the company will refund payment for the damaged and/or defective product, only. For the wrong product delivered, company will either replace the product with the right one otherwise refunds the amount for the wrong product delivered.
EventCart is not responsible and does not guarantee refund for cases where:
a)Flowers, plants, fruits, sweets, gift products and preserved items are delivered to incorrect address provided by the sender.
b)Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at the time of delivery at the address provided by the sender or the recipient refusing to accept the delivery.
c)Product quality problems caused by improper handling of the product by the recipient.
Cancellation of order is allowed if such request is made atleast 24 hours before scheduled delivery date and full refund will be made by EventCart in such cases.
In the event we are unable to supply all or part of your order (the product or any substitute product to you at all), we shall notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment for the part undelivered.
Online refund will process by EventCart on confirmation over mail or phone call to the customer or recipient. Once processed by EventCart, refund takes 10 to 15 business days to reflect in your account.
Returns and Refund Policy
1. If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery, please raise a return request on event cart app or website. Return request must be raised within 14 days for event cart's items, or within 7 days for non event cart's items from the date of delivery.
2. For electronic appliances & mobile phones related issues after usage or after the return policy period, please check if the product is covered under seller warranty or brand warranty. For more information on warranty claims, please view our Warranty Policy.
3. For selected categories, we accept a change of mind. Please refer to the section below on Return Policy per Category for more information.
Valid reasons to return an item
1. Delivered product is damaged (i.e. physically destroyed or broken) / defective (e.g. unable to switch on)
2. Delivered product is incomplete (i.e. has missing items and/or accessories).
3. Delivered product is incorrect (i.e. wrong product/size/colour, fake item, or expired)
4. Delivered product is does not match product description or picture (i.e product not as advertised)
5. Delivered product does not fit. (i.e. size is unsuitable)
