The Beginning of a new asset class
Registering to the My Account is a non-paid service which allows you to recall your information on the portal, making it faster to place future orders. The section also gives you access to the dashboard where you can see your previously placed orders, address book, shipping address, reminder section and other details.
In case you forget your password, the help is just a click away! 1- Click on forget password link. 2- Enter the registered email id 3- A link to reset the password would be send on your registered email id. 4- Enter your new password 5- Logout and Login! Voila the password is reset.
Write to us at support@eventcart.com with a request for your login ID &password along with your registered phone number. After de verification, we will share you your login credentials.
Like physical carts help in arranging and ordering things in retail stores, ‘Cart’ on EventCart, helps you to arrange the products you want at one place. Once you have completed the shopping, you can easily buy the products ordered from the cart.
Whenever you wish to remove a certain product or products from the cart, you just need to click on Cart symbol. The page would display all the products you have added to the cart. You can remove, alter, or change quantity of the products listed in the cart.
